Feelings of stress are normal given the adjustments and sacrifices that military service members and their loved ones must make.
However, stress can lead to sleep difficulties, irritability, nervousness, anger, difficulty concentrating, and sadness.
Stress can also contribute to work, health, and family problems.
If you are experiencing stress or any of the above reactions, we can help!
WE INVITE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR FREE WORKSHOPS
You will learn....
- how to identify and reduce feelings of stress
- techniques for managing stressful situations
- ways to communicate more effectively
- ways to strengthen your coping skills
Workshops are free, confidential, and open to military service members (active and veteran) as well as the spouses, parents, adult children (18 years or older), relatives, and close friends of OIF/OEF service members.
